GATEWOOD LANE GP – 2 Mute Swan with nest, 5 Canada Geese ( 1 nest), 2 Shelduck, 6 Gadwall, 13 Mallard, 2 Shoveler, 18 Tufted Duck, 10 Coot, 1 Moorhen, 3 Oystercatcher, 1 LRP,  1s Corn Bunting (JR).

TUNNEL PITS to ALDERFEN (river) – 5 Mute Swan, 3 Tufted Duck, 8 Mallard (JR)

ALDERFEN FIELDS AND FISHERY – 3 Greylag Geese, 2 Canada Geese, 11 Mallard, 8 Lapwing, 2c CUCKOO (JR, CCR).

ALDERFEN to WROOT (river) – 4 Mute Swan, 2 Moorhen (JR)

CANDY FARM to A614 (river) –  4 Mute Swan, Geese could be heard on Ellerholme Farm pond but nothing showed. 2 Gadwall, 2 Mallard, 2 Tufted Duck, 2 Moorhen, 2 Coot, 1 CUCKOO W (JR).

SW FIELDS – 4 Lapwing with 2 chicks (JR).

KILHAM – 29 Mallard, 6 Teal, 4 Gadwall, 2 Shelduck, 6 Lapwing, 1 Curlew, 1 Kestrel, 1f Sparrowhawk, 1 Grey Heron, 150+ Swift, c20 Swallow, 2 Reed Bunting, 2 Linnet, 9 Willow Warbler, 1 Sedge Warbler, 1 CUCKOO (CN).

ETHELMOOR – 2 Greylag Geese, 1 Shelduck, 3 Gadwall, 15 Mallard, 8 Teal, 4 (2p) Shoveler, 6 Tufted Duck, 4 Willow Warbler, 1 Whitethroat and 1s Garden Warbler (CN, CCR).

PACKARDS NORTH – 3 Greylag Geese, 3 Gadwall, 14 Mallard, 4 Teal, 1 Buzzard, 1 WHIMBREL N, 2 LB-b Gull, 1s Tree Pipit, 2 Willow Warbler, 3 Pied Wagtail, 1 Reed Bunting (CN).

EASTERN FIELDS – 1 Mallard, 1 Curlew, 1 Red-legged Partridge, 1 Buzzard (CN, CCR).

HUGGIN CARR – 19 Coot, 1 Little Grebe, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Mute Swan, 76 Greylag Geese, 50 Canada Geese, 1 Egyptian Goose, 26 Mallard, 4 Shelduck, 4 Gadwall, 8 Tufted Duck, 4 Lapwing, 8 Oystercatcher, 2 Redshank, 2 Buzzard, 2 Yellow wagtail, 1s Skylark, 1s Yellowhammer (CN).

NEW PORTERS/NEW MOOR SOUTH – 7 (3p+1) Shelduck, 4 Gadwall, 19 Mallard, 3 Shoveler, 16 (5p) Teal, 3 Buzzard, 1 LRP, 3 Ringed Plover, 22 (10p+1+1j) Lapwing, 4 Dunlin, 6 (2p) Redshank, 1s CUCKOO, 1 Yellow Wagtail, 9 (8s) Garden Warbler along eastern and northern edge of New Moor (CCR). A grey male Harrier flushed off the tramway and seen briefly before it was lost as it moved W and disappeared behind the New Moor North bank was strongly suspected to be a Montagu’s but could not be relocated despite much searching (CCR).

NEW MOOR (North) – 1p Gadwall, 16 Mallard, 1m Shoveler, 3m Teal, 1c Water Rail, 4 (2p) Lapwing, 1s Tree Pipit (CCR)

MIDDLE FIELDS SOUTH – 1p Mallard, 2p+1 Lapwing (CCR)

NE FIELDS – 1m Mallard, 4 (2p) Lapwing (CCR)

PEATWORKS  PADDOCK – 2p Lapwing and 1 Yellow Wagtail over (CCR)

STAINFORTH MOOR  DRAIN (Peatworks to Sewage Treatment Works) – 5 Mallard and 1p Lapwing (CCR)

BOSTON PARK – 13 Greylag Geese, 17 Canada Geese, 1p Shoveler, 11 Tufted Duck, 4 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Little Grebe, 2 Moorhen and 2 Oystercatcher (TR)

POOR PIECE – 4 Mallard (TR)

DRAGON PITS – 1 Mute Swan, 2 Greylag Geese, 3 Canada Geese, 7 Mallard, 3 Tufted Duck and 4 Little Grebe (TR)

BADGER CORNER LAKE – 21 Greylag Geese, 11 Canada Geese, 1 Shelduck, 1 Gadwall, 5 Mallard and 1 Tufted Duck (TR)

TYRHAM HALLJet ski lake (06.50-07.00) – 5 Oystercatcher, 4 pr Coot, 2 pr Greylag Geese (+8 goslings) 7 pr Canada Geese (some on eggs but 14 goslings present), 1 pr Gadwall, 2 pr Mute Swan, 5 pr Tufted Duck, 6 pr Mallard. Also
Yellow Wagtail flew over, 1s Reed Warbler, 1s Chiffchaff and 1s Whitethroat (MP).

TYRHAM HALL – Fishery (07.00-07.10) – 2 pr Tufted Duck, 4 pr Coot, 2 pr Greylag Geese, 7 pr Mallard, 1 pr Gadwall, 1 pr Moorhen, 12 pr Canada Geese (+ over 60 Goslings). Also 2s Willow Warbler, 2s Reed Warbler, 1s Whitethroat, 1s Chiffchaff, 2s Blackcap, and a Song Thrush (MP).

PRISON LAKES (07.30-08.00) – 2 pr Canada Geese, 1 pr Coot, 3 pr Mallard !!!! Also A Common Tern flew North and then out over Packards North (MP).

TEN ACRE LAKE (08.30-09.00) – 1 pr Moorhen, 3 pr Great Crested Grebe, 5 pr Coot, 2 pr Mallard, 1 pr Little Grebe, 1 Cormorant, 3 Grey Heron (MP).

STARCH POND (13.00) – 1 pr Little Grebe, 2 pr Coot, 1 pr Moorhen, 15 Tufted Ducks. Also 1s Reed Warbler (MP).

KILHAM (morning) – 7s Tree Pipit 1 Sparrow-hawk, 7 Buzzards (MP).
