PACKARD’SMorning/Afternoon – 2 Buzzard, 20 Dunlin, 1 Green Sandpiper, 2 HOBBY, 1 Kestrel, 1 LRP, 1 LITTLE STINT, several hundred grounded Meadow Pipit along tramway; 1 cc MARSH HARRIER, 1 PECTORAL SANDPIPER (thought to be present at same time as the one on New Moor; 30 Ringed Plover, 4 Snipe, 2j Stonechat, 1 WHEATEAR, 2 Yellow Wagtail SE (Daz Watson, Col Neale, Alan Marshall, Des Parmenter, Dave Simmonite, Chris Robinson et al)

It turned out that there were definitely two Pecs on as two were seen together on 11th September both on Packard’s along with the Baird’s Sandpiper.
